[Women's Golf] UNOH Captures Women's Golf Tournament Title

AUGUSTA, Mich. - The UNOH women's golf team saved the best for last at the 2019 Wolverine-Hoosier Athletic Conference (WHAC) Women's Golf Tournament at Stonehedge Golf Club - North. After shooting rounds of 311 and 318, the Racers carded a tournament low 295 on the par 72, 5,868 yard course to win their second straight tournament title. UNOH finished the three-round event with a team score of 924 for 60-over par. 

Regular season champion Indiana Tech finished second with a score of 942 and Madonna rounded out the top three at 983.

Devaki Ganesh led the Racers with a six-over par of 222 to repeat as Individual Medalist. Teammate Caitriona Griffin tied with Victoria Raffle of Indiana Tech for second at 12-over. The Racers receive the league's automatic berth to the NAIA Women's Golf National Championships May 14-17 in Oklahoma City.
