[Men's Golf] Grand View Men's Golf Adds Gearheart to 2019-20 Roster

Des Moines, Iowa – The Grand View men's golf team and coach Chris Winkel are excited to add Matt Gearheart to the 2019-20 season roster. Coach Winkel expresses his excitement by saying, "Matt will be a great addition to our program. He is a very talent and extremely motivated golfer with a bright future here at GV."

Gearheart attended Atlantic High School where he earned first team all-state in 2018, second team all-tournament 2018, first team all-conference(Hawkeye Ten) 2018, first team all KMA Land 2018, team conference champions in 2017 and 2018, and also two hole in ones, first at age 8 and second at age 10.

While attending Grand View, Gearheart would like to major in Business with a future career goal of becoming a financial advisor after graduation.
