And if you even read this forum you will find many threads and opinions that are 1=1 to mine and lot of clever people wondering how RB's made this mistake. So you are the one to laugh as a hacker... in golf and understanding the rules. 

But tell me sui(cide) are northen country federations, few golf clubs, Asian tour organisation and plenty of professional tour rules officials also wrong and make you laugh when they share 100% my opinion?  I don't hold my breath when waiting the answer..
