[Men's Golf] Men's Golf Moves Up on Final Day of Fall Schedule

OKLAHOMA CITY - On the final day of their 2018 fall schedule, the Mid-America Christian University men's golf team teed off on a course at Gaillardia Country Club that was set up to challenge some of the best teams in the NAIA. After struggling a bit on day one, the Evangels rallied to move up the leaderboard in the final round of the Southern Plains Intercollegiate Championship.

MACU fired three rounds in the 70s and the Evangels moved past Southwestern College into eighth place on the final leaderboard in a tournament that featured three teams in the NAIA top-10. That team round of 316 was the sixth best team round of the day in a loaded field.
