Rules Modification •
Hi all - Good Morning - I slept one hour more last night!!
Many thanks to Clippings and Thom for their latest message and for taking the time (ditto to sui genesis) to improve my knowledge of the new 2019 rules.
To Clippings: thanks for your compliments about Geneva - it must have been on a sunny day that you visited the city!
To Thom: your note re reporting to the Committeee is indeed completely new to me! I am wondering whether the new rules are also a simplification for the Referees??
Another remark: D 14.7b(3) - Serious Breach - second paragraphe: why state "the original ball" and not the "wrongly substituted ball"?
