[Golf] Trevecca Golf | Trojans Win 2018 GreyStone Cup over Union
DICKSON, Tenn. - The Trevecca Nazarene University men's and women's golf teams defeated Union University in the 2018 GreyStone Cup, a dual match played at Greystone Golf Course. Trevecca led 5.5 to 3.5 after Thursday's play and took the GreyStone Cup 16.5-8.5 following Friday's play.

Thursday saw a partner's format. On Friday the teams competed in singles matches. The team reaching 13 points first wins the event.
The Trevecca women who won their match on Friday were Rachel McMahan (74), Lexie Shaw (78), Sophie Vinson (81), Teagan Perry (86), Valeria Vargas (89), and Madlyn Hembree (85).
On the men's side the Friday match winners were Ryan Rozic (74), Connor Conkel (73), Larkin Whittemore (68), Wyatt Samuels (71), and Solomon Zarling (74). Blaine Turner halved (70) and John Leverton (76) halved their matches.
This is fifth GreyStone Cup, but the first since 2012. Trevecca owns four of the five events with Union winning in 2012, the last meeting prior to the 2018 restart.
