TSG thank travelling fans

The TSG Hoffenheim senior squad have ended their training camp in Windischgarsten by spending an evening with approximately 150 travelling fans.

In what was a pleasant atmosphere against a picturesque backdrop, TSG Hoffenheim have thanked their approximately 1,500 travelling fans for their support. The senior squad took some time out to be with the fans at a BBQ at Windischgarsten Golf Club the evening before their friendly against Italian side Chievo (kick-off 16:00 CET, live on Sport1).

The players felt it was important to show their thanks, as Howie Nordtveit explained: "We had long training sessions in hot temperatures, but the fans always stuck it out. It's great to see when the young children are excited. It was the same for me when I was little."

It was a special evening for the TSG supporters. Being up close and personal with the team brought smiles to many faces.
