[Men's Golf] Pfingsten Selected to NAIA PING All-America Team

Norman, Oklahoma – Mitch Pfingsten (SR/Fairmont, Minnesota) was named to the 2018 NAIA PING All-America Third Team.

The NAIA PING All-American list was selected by the NAIA Men's Golf Coaches' Association All-America Committee. There were 10 players selected to both the First and Second Teams, while 14 student-athletes were selected to the Third.

Pfingsten recently competed in the 2018 NAIA Men's Golf National Championship at TPC Deere Run and finished in 22nd-place. Pfingsten shot an overall score of 288 (75-70-74-69), which placed him at +4 for the tournament.

Pfingsten was the only golfer from the Heart of America Conference who received recognition.
