Palm Beach Gardens, FL – UC Women's Golf again improved today on their previous round, shaving a stroke off their team score as well as jumping a spot in the standings of the 2018 NAIA National Championship at PGA National. Weather conditions were solid on the day as a light wind stuck around during moving day on the scoreboard.
The Patriots would card a team score of 314 on the round for a tournament total of 954 to jump into eighth place overall out of 17 remaining teams. UC now sits 45 strokes behind day three leader SCAD-Savannah, who shot a third-round score of 303 for a three-day total of 909. The Bees have held the leads throughout the 54 holes played so far in the tournament.
