[Women's Golf] Women's Golf Finishes Second in Shortened Bethany Spring Classic

McPherson, Kansas – The Grand View University women's golf team competed in the Bethany College Spring Classic on March 5th. The event took place at the Turkey Creek Golf Course. The second day of competition was canceled due to poor weather. Grand View sat one stroke behind the leader at the tournament and finished significantly ahead of the 3rd-place team.

Grand View finished one-two as Kimberly Nelson (JR/Miri, Sarawak) and Maria Mantilla (SR/Bogota, Colombia) finished at the top of the leaderboard. Nelson finished her first and only round with a 77, while Mantilla completed hers with an 81.

Dakota Wesleyan sat atop the team leaderboard with an overall score of 351. Full results can be seen below.
