[Women's Golf] Point Golf Coach Angela Ormsby Inducted into Chattahoochee Valley Sports Hall of Fame

WEST POINT, GA: Point University women's golf coach Angela Jerman Ormsby was inducted into the Chattahoochee Valley Sports Hall of Fame, Saturday, Feb. 3.  Coach Ormsby is a 1998 graduate of Hardaway High School and a 2002 graduate from the University of Georgia.

Among those who previously have been inducted into the Chattahoochee Valley Sports Hall of Fame are Major League Baseball Hall of Fame first baseman Frank Thomas from Auburn University and Columbus High School (Ga.); PGA golfer Larry Mize out of Georgia Tech; and former international sprinter Harvey Glance from Auburn University and Phenix City Central High School.
