[Men's Golf] Hutson, Bees win Augustana Fall Invitational titles

Adam Hutson took individual medalist honors to lead St. Ambrose to the team title at the Augustana Fall Invitational Saturday.

Storms forced an early cancellation of the event at the Arsenal Golf Course in Rock Island, Ill., so every golfer was given par over the last two holes.

Hutson finished with an even-par 71 and defeated teammate Johnny Callahan on a scorecard tiebreaker to win medalist honors. Callahan, playing on a second SAU team, was second and Andrew Tichler was third with a 72.

Behind Hutson and Tichler, Devin Hartman shot a 74, Josh Harrington had a 76 and Thomas Resnick finished with a 78 to give St. Ambrose the team title with a 288.
