[Women's Golf] Lady Lions Post Record-Setting Performance At AAC Fall Championship
PINEVILLE, Ky. - Freshman standout, Taylor Williams (FR), competed in her first Appalachian Athletic Conference Championship event, which took place at Wasioto Winds Golf Course and ran Oct. 2-3. Despite seeing her first conference championship action, she led the Bryan College Women's Golf Team to their best team score of the year at 334 on Day 1 of the Fall Championship. William's 82 was one-of-five scores for the Lions that fell under 86, which placed their team in 6th out of a 12-team field following the first day of play. One stroke behind Williams was senior Sarah Falcon (SR/San Angelo, Tex.) at 83, trailed by senior Helen Busch (JR/Amherst, N.Y.)'s 84, then senior Christina Lee (SR/Loudon, Tenn.)'s 85, and junior Krista Reinhardt (JR/Tampa, Fla.) at 86.
