SPRINGFIELD, Ill. – The Trevecca Nazarene University women's golf team finished play at the 2017 Dan Salisbury Memorial Sunday, finishing second (324-333=657) in the field of six teams. Rachael McMahan (SO/Knoxville, TN) placed third individually (76-79=155). The event is hosted annually by the University of Illinois Springfield at the Panther Creek Country Club.

Lexie Shaw (SO/Knoxville, TN) placed seventh (77-86=163) ... Brynn Craven (SO/McMinnville, TN) finished tied for 10th with a 83-85=168 – her career low two-day total and her first top-10 finish ... Madalyn Hembree (FR/Chattanooga, TN) was next with an 88-86=173, and rounding out the Trojan field was Teagan Perry (SO/Decherd, TN) with a 93-84=177 ... All five Trojans contributed to the team effort
Rachael McMahan finished third in the field with a 3.13 average (+1) on the par three holes and on the par five holes with a 5.13 (+1) average ... Brynn Craven finished tied with McMahan for third on the par five holes ... Madalyn Hembree averaged two-over (3.25) on the par three holes ... McMahan tied for second with three birdies over the two days and fifth with 22 pars
