Thank you John for your input. I had forgotten about D 20-7/2.
My score would be the following:
 
drive into WH = 1
drops ball into WH = 3 SP ( 2 + 1) D 20-7/2
he plays that ball = 1
he substitutes a ball = 2 SP (no Serious breach)
he plays = 1
he putts = 2
For a total of 5 strokes + 5 SP = 10 (versus 11 for quincy)
The difference comes probably from to the fact that quincy assumed that the location of his ball was known? D 18-2/8.5
On that basis we all 3 would come to 5 SP!
If correct, I found nevertheless this exercise very interesting!
