2 PS Illegal Substitution in a wrong place and played (Original ball in play was incorrectly abandoned)
1 PS R27-1 Applicable rule for illegal substitution in a wrong place assuming the location of original ball was not known.
If the player knew the location of the original ball played from the hazard, then the 1 PS under 27-1 is not applicable, instead just 2PS for the incorrect substitution in a wrong place, (R15-2, R20-7c) the applicable rule being R13-1
