Get a Ruling • Re: Match Play

Just coming back from the golf course – fantastic whether and conditions!
 
I had great pleasure in reading your answers because you confirm to me what was my understanding, namely that the Committee can settled such a claim.
 
A few of my colleagues don't agree. Their ruling would be: hole halved – mainly because B did not submit a claim and further that: "In match play there is no such thing as settling any doubtful points with the Committee at the end of the round".
