Can this shaft be salvaged?

Pulled out my 4 wood and noticed it felt wobbly. Then the head just wiggled out like a loose tooth.
The tip is broken off inside the hosel but it's just a tiny portion of it. I like this shaft (and head) so I'd like to salvage it if I can. There's 1-1/4" left below the base of the ferule.
