[Men's Golf] Saenz, Lake lead Jags to win at Alamo Classic

SAN ANTONIO - On a cold, wet day, the University of Houston-Victoria men's golf team fought off challenges from seven NCAA Division III schools on Tuesday to capture the team title at the Trinity University Alamo City Classic at the Quarry Golf Club.

Adrian Saenz (SR/Brownsville, TX) and Benjamin Lake led the charge for the Jaguars, the lone NAIA team in the field, as the two UHV golfers finished in a six-way tie to help the Jaguars post a 305 score in the 18-hole tournament. Rain forced the cancellation of Monday's opening round.
