Makaha Resort Redevelopment

MAKAHA, OAHU, HAWAII (April 25, 2011) – Northwynd Resort Properties Ltd. (“Northwynd”), owner of Makaha Resort & Golf Club, has announced the sale of the resort’s 18-hole golf course to Hawaiian Golf Properties, LLC (“HGP”). Sale of the course is the first step in the redevelopment of the West Oahu resort. Canada-based Northwynd has owned and operated the 173-room resort and the championship golf course since July of 2010.
