Weather issues force change in schedule for 2013 Hyundai Tournament of Champions Officials void Friday scores, first round set for “do-over” on Saturday
Kapalua, Maui, Hawaii (January 4, 2013) – Due to unplayable conditions caused by winds gusting to more than 40 mph, officials stopped play and have cancelled all scores from the opening round of the Hyundai Tournament of Champions on Friday. The first round will start over on Saturday, Jan. 5, at 7:30 a.m. HT. Players will start on both Nos. 1 and 10 tees. Officials plan to complete both rounds 1 and 2 on Saturday.
