The 46-year-old Nigerian football chief added that he will hold a meeting with the forward and his representatives in two weeks time to talk things over.

”With all due respect to Nigerians, I am talking with Victor Moses because I believe he is somebody who has paid his dues and you don’t just leave Nigeria unceremoniously and I told him that.

''I talk to him everyday and I made him understand the reason why he should return. He is very eager, very very eager, but he still want to talk to me.

''Even if you say I'm begging him, I don’t mind,'' Pinnick explained while speaking on Channels.

Previously, Legit.ng had reported how NFF responded to a video that circulated by some persons who claim a couple of players of the Super Eagles refusing to shake hands with NFF President Amaju Pinnick.

Chelsea striker Victor Moses and former Leicester City attacker Ahmed Musa were said to have snubbed NFF President Amaju Pinnick on their arrival in Yaounde.
