FIFA World Cup Referees Ready for Tournament - Head of FIFA Refereeing
MOSCOW (Sputnik) - FIFA's Director of Refereeing Massimo Busacca said on Tuesday that all the referees who would officiate at the 2018 FIFA World Cup in Russia, were ready for the tournament.
