QUEEN’S PARK FC can confirm Josiah Sowa has joined Annan Athletic on loan until the end of the season.
The Canadian forward has made nine appearances for Sean Crighton’s Spiders this season, all from the bench since making his debut against Airdrie in August.
Head coach Sean Crighton said: “Josiah moves to Annan with out best wishes and will join up with Darryl at the club as they push for the play-offs in William Hill League Two.
“As I have said throughout this season it is important for our young players to achieve playing time and learn the game, and this will be an opportunity for Josiah to do so.
“He has already spent time training with the club alongside Darryl. Unfortunately Timam was injured in one of his first games of his loan deal, but we expect him to make a full recovery and play a part before the end of the season so he will remain with Annan.”
Josiah will go into the Annan squad for this weekend’s league match with Forfar.
