Report: Milan want Manchester United striker Hojlund & Leicester’s Kristiansen
Milan are exploring the possibility of signing Manchester United striker Rasmus Hojlund on loan with an option-to-buy, reports from Italy claim, as the Rossoneri also consider a move for Leicester City left-back Victor Kristiansen.
According to what has been reported by MilanNews24, Hojlund is the latest name on the list of potential attacking reinforcements for Milan, with the Dane’s past spell in Serie A with Atalanta a key factor in the Rossoneri’s interest in the player.
Manchester United have been clear all summer; if a large enough offer comes in for the 22-year-old, they won’t be afraid to sell. Although, a deal for Milan would likely have to consist of a loan with option-to-buy the player permanently.
After Inter, Milan latest to chase Hojlund
Milan are not the first club linked with the Danish forward this summer. Inter were also named as potential suitors for the striker before the player’s price tag forced the Nerazzurri to explore alternate targets.
Furthermore, Hojlund is not the only Danish player that the Rossoneri have been linked with this morning. Leicester City’s Victor Kristiansen has been claimed, by SerieBNews, to be on the Milan radar after his relegation with the Foxes. Kristiansen already has Serie A experience to his name, having played on loan with Bologna in 2023-24.
Now, with Leicester relegated from the Premier League, the 22-year-old could represent a relatively low-cost left-back addition.
