Carboni has just returned from the Club World Cup with Inter, where he even scored one goal in a 2-1 win over Urawa Reds, contributing to Cristian Chivu’s first victory at the helm of the Nerazzurri.
The Argentine talent joined Marseille on loan last summer, but missed the entire season due to a knee injury, which forced him to return to the Stadio Meazza in January.
When Messi praised Carboni
The 20-year-old is regarded as one of the most promising Argentine talents, to the extent that Leo Messi praised him during an international break in 2024.
Carboni has made five Serie A appearances with Inter and 31 with Monza.
He scored two goals and provided four assists in 31 league games with the Brianzoli in the 2023-24 campaign.
Carboni remains under contract with Inter until 2029.
