Ange Postecoglou makes first public appearance since Tottenham sacking
Ange Postecoglou was spotted in public for the first time since his Tottenham exit on Wednesday and the Australian appeared to be in good spirits as he enjoyed a major sporting event in London.
The decision to sack the 59-year-old has not been a popular one, either among the Tottenham squad or among the supporters.
Many Spurs fans were furious that Postecoglou did not get a chance to build on his Europa League success after delivering the team’s first piece of silverware for 17 years.
Almost every member of the Spurs squad has sent touching messages to Postecoglou over the last few days, which shows how popular a figure he was in the dressing room.

It does not seem like the 59-year-old is down in the dumps since Levy’s decision as he was spotted at the Lord’s Cricket ground on Wednesday.
The stadium, which is often called ‘the home of cricket’, plays host to the World Test Championship final between Australia and South Africa.
Postecoglou was cheering on the Aussies on day 1 and seemed to be in good spirits as the camera panned to him in the stands.
Could Postecoglou be set for an early return to management?
It was reported that Postecoglou received interest from other clubs less than 24 hours after his sacking by Tottenham.
A couple of days ago, it was claimed by The Daily Mail that Postecoglou is already on the shortlist of an unnamed Premier League club, who are considering changing its head coach ahead of the new season.
The recently departed Tottenham boss thus appears to be in high demand, and that is not surprising considering that he managed to achieve something at Spurs that the likes of Mauricio Pochettino, Jose Mourinho and Antonio Conte failed to do.
