BrokerBlueAmyT-FEAAdditionalsir75BrokerBlueLe ModThere's not a lot of money in the Championship and his stock is not high, I'd actually be surprised if we got £1M + his wages of the books, I'd take that all day, still think it's more likely he goes out on loan.
Yeah, and then there’s Tyler Roberts too. Could we offer them as a bundle? Or a BOGOF?
Tyler Roberts 4 goals in 62 games. My god we've had some shit playing for us lately.i bet Northampton don't even want him for free
I guarantee you they want him but can't afford him
That’s a good starting point then, and gives a ‘backstop’ option that he goes there on another year loan. That way, at least some of his wages are covered, as let’s face it he’s very unlikely to play for us again.
He may be more likely to cut a deal on his contract when he goes into the last year, but he’s still got 2 left unfortunately.
I think the main sticking point is his fitness, he managed nearly 30 games last season. Which is his best season since he was a teenager - might tempt a team at the bottom of the Champ to take a chance on him, which would hopefully see more of his wages covered.
