Apologies for hijacking the discussion on America’s global power and the prospects of Elland Rd being painted red, white and blue, but it appears the deal is getting done.
Romano now claims: “Leeds will pay Juventus a £1.05m (€1.2m) loan fee to bring the 24-year-old to Elland Road for the rest of the season. That deal contains an option for Leeds to make the move permanent for £28.9m (€33m), plus add-ons, in the summer.
And with McKennie having already agreed terms, he is now just a medical away from securing the switch.”
