Jack Harrison Has Gone Under Radar – Former Premier League Striker

0 7

Harrison scored with a clever flick in Leeds’ 4-0 win over Burnley at Turf Moor on Saturday as the Whites look to chase down a top-half finish in the final weeks of the Premier League season.

The 24-year-old winger has eight goals and eight assists to his name in the Premier League this term and has been a constant presence in the starting eleven.

Bent stressed that Harrison was again outstanding for Leeds at Burnley and feels he is much underrated, even in the Leeds squad.

The former striker is of the view the brilliant performances of some of the other Leeds stars this season meant that the winger has not received as much credit as he should have for his consistency.

Bent said on Premier League TV after the win at Burnley: “He was outstanding, Jack Harrison, wasn’t he?

“He has been so good this season and kind of gone under the radar because of [Patrick] Bamford’s performances, Raphinha and Kalvin Phillips.

“But he has been equally as good as them.”

Harrison will look to cap off his first season in the Premier League with two more good performances against Southampton and West Brom.
