Leeds United Keen For Another Look At Teen Talent But Global Situation Hindering Efforts

 

The Whites are always on the hunt for upcoming talents to bolster their youth set-up as they look to re-establish themselves as big players in the Premier League.

 

Leeds made significant additions to their youth ranks last summer, roping in the likes of Dani van den Heuvel, Crysencio Summerville and Sam Greenwood.

 

 

Continuing their attempts to lure top talents from across Europe, the Yorkshire-based club recently handed Stromsgodset starlet Sorum a trial at the club.

 

Having looked at the 14-year-old once, Leeds are willing to welcome the teenager back at the club on another trial, according to Norwegian broadcaster TV2.

 

 

However, the current global situation has seen the Norwegian starlet unable to return to the Elland Road club so far.

 

In addition to Leeds, Premier League giants Manchester United are also said to have expressed their desire to take a look at Sorum.

 

 

Real Madrid loan star and Arsenal midfielder Martin Odegaard rose through the ranks at Stromsgodset and Sorum could be the next in line to follow his path by joining a top European club.
