VIDEO: Jose’s Burnley presser – Spurs boss admits he was wrong about Eric Dier

Jose Mourinho has given his Premier League press conference ahead of Tottenham’s meeting with Burnley this weekend.

The Spurs boss was asked about some recent Eric Dier comments. Via the Guardian, Mourinho had suggested that Dier was suffering mentally but the defender denied those claims, insisting his form issues are nothing to do with confidence.

Quizzed on the issue, Mourinho said admitted “I prefer that I’m wrong” and revealed he is happy Dier is not struggling in that regard.

He also revealed everyone is fit for Sunday except Giovani Lo Celso and talked up Burnley’s credentials. Watch the press conference in full below.
