Fulham must pay £15m for permanent Ademola Lookman transfer as Leipzig refuse to lower price after impressive loan spell
FULHAM will have to come up with a stunning £15million to sign Ademola Lookman from RB Leipzig on a permanent basis.
Lookman, 23, has often dazzled in his loan spell from Germany.
Now Cottagers boss Scott Parker would like him to stay if that can be arranged.
However, Leipzig still want a sky-high fee and that cannot be easily arranged with Fulham in their current league position.
They will struggle to commit to a signing at this point but plan to try if they stay up.
Former Everton winger Lookman has scored twice, adding three assists, in 14 Premier League games this season.
Parker will also have to prepare for life without Chelsea loanee Ruben Loftus-Cheek next season.
Blues boss Frank Lampard has hinted the English midfielder could play a huge role at Stamford Bridge next season.
Lampard claimed: “He played well [against Tottenham] and I was really pleased to see that because when Ruben was getting fit and was with us, I felt like we missed him last year.
“Seeing him play recently, I see him looking fit, fresh and strong.
