Andreas Pereira Set To Seal Lazio Loan Move

 

 

The Red Devils are keen on loaning Pereira out in the current transfer window and Italian giants Lazio are in pole position to land the player.

 

Pereira’s chances of first-team minutes under Ole Gunnar Solskjaer have taken a hit following the arrival of Donny van de Beek in a £40m deal from Ajax and the player is yet to clock in any game time in the current season.

 

 

Serie A giants Lazio have offered to sign the midfielder on loan from Manchester United, with an option to buy and the Premier League giants are ready to loan him out.

 

And according to Italian daily Corriere dello Sport, Pereira is set to arrive in Rome today to undergo his medical and complete his loan switch to Italy.

 

 

Lazio and Manchester United were trying to reach an agreement over how to share the player’s salary but it appears both clubs have ironed out a deal.

 

The option to make the Manchester United academy product’s transfer permanent is tipped to be set at €27m.

 

 

If Lazio sign Pereira permanently, Manchester United would also be entitled to ten per cent of any future sale.
