Dual Rostered w/ 2 Different Clubs for Spring (ECRL / SoCal)

My kid will be in U13 (again) next season with the age change. He is currently playing in ECRL with a club (Club A) which runs through the end of May (playoffs in June/July). He does not want to stay with this current team next season for reasons I won't get into, and has offers from other clubs.
