Think there's close to 0% chance of him being recalled, he will sign permanently I reckon, there's just other priorities in terms of actual time & manpower at the moment, one for sorting once the priorities are over the line, they'll be busy sorting those out
We may also be waiting to see if we need the loan slot or if we can try to sort the deal in summer
