Ticket forwarding query

Can someone confirm my assumption that when using ticket forwarding, that the recipient will have to pay for the ticket please and again I assume at normal face value, not the season ticket holders price ?

There are some instructions on BCFC.com how to do it but no mention of the recipient needing to pay
