MLS owners approve moving to a Summer to Spring Schedule

The league owners approved the move today, starting in 2027 the league will be moving to match (most of) their European counterparts. MLSPA still has to approve.

Key notes:

• Season will start in mid-July and end with MLS Cup in May. Decision Day will be in April.
• There will be a month and a half to two month break from mid-December to early-mid February.
