Tourneys that do Goal Diff Score Reporting

Example: A tournament doesn't get enough teams or they mis-bracket a team and a score gets out of hand - say 10-1 instead of something within 2-3 goals (which I'd hope is the aim). And because they have a 3 or 4 goal limit on goal differential, they record it as 4-1, which then gets scraped by the rankings app, which future tournaments use to accept and/or place teams into future brackets.

IMO, tournaments that do this should be shunned by serious teams. Discuss and/or list tourneys that...
