Adidas (?) polo collar jerseys in MLS?

I notice this season that several MLS teams (I've seen St. Louis, Charlotte and LAFC, but not my SDFC) have jersey options with full polo collars, like we remember from the 90's (Atlanta Ruckus and others). Does anybody know what the template is for those jerseys. I do like template jerseys as well as team jerseys, so if Adidas is selling this template as a blank, I'd love to find it, but I haven't found anything on Soccer.com, which is my favorite online shop.
