Cyclists ????/ Cycling

Have we any avid cyclists ???? amongst us that do it on the back of let’s say -

* Retired from amateur football
* Shit at golf
* Retired from Rugby
* injuries that means alternative hobbies

I ask this because I bumped into a few large groups of cyclists ???????? ???? taking timeout/ refreshments break and amazingly they all pretty much said they was either poor/ frustrated with golf or injured/ retired from football & rugby.

Are you the same ?

I’m trying to grasp where all these cyclists have come from ie there backgrounds.

Some tell me that there bikes cost like £4k ! And have a couple
