Club America acceptance?

Hi all - we applied for Club America mid Feb and they have not accepted us yet. I have reached out to the Tournament Director and heard back with a one word answer that I did not need to alter anything in their system. I know it says they have until April 15th to accept, but concerned about getting rooms under their Stay and Play. Is anyone else waiting to get accepted for a long time? Thanks!
