Silly question no 2

I cant work out how much lower block 133-134 will be? Darker purple colour but why would their be three price differences for one block?

Looks to be the same for most blocks - presumably the bottom few rows views are partially obscured by the advertising boards - if i remember right the lower blocks arent that steep so the nearer the front youll be the more chance of your view being blocked
