I agree in the main, but the point stands that nobody knows this decline, at whatever rate, will continue in the way that some have insisted is a certainty.
There’s any number of factors, some of which you outline, that can halt this.
That’s all some people are saying.
In the last half a dozen years, people (and I don’t mean you personally) have predicted four other teams from the West Midlands alone to be effed sooner or later. The reality is none have been, however close they may have got.
