I’m in the Automatic cup scheme.
They had my money, last Friday, still nothing.

Same situation for me too

From the details for the cup scheme on bcfc.com.

"The benefit is that the Season Ticket Holder is able to retain their seasonal seat (should the stand be operational) and a match ticket will automatically be posted out in the following 3 working days."

The following 3 working days after last Friday are Mon-Wed this week.

You should not be complaining until you don't receive them in the post tomorrow.
