Why are you baiting me into an argument about job interviews, do you think I feel very strongly about job interviews and that's what my point is?Or here's a novel idea: once you've established they're not complete blaggers, hire them on probation for a couple of months.
This isn't rocket science, if you think job interviews in a highly specialised position are useful for anything other than filtering out the majority (but by far not all) of the blaggers, I don't know what to say.
