If there's gonna be 10 years of poncing around with the new stadium wouldn't it be worth looking at expanding the kop and Tilton in the meantime?
Double them in size and that would take capacity up to about 45k, could be done in a season.
Wagner could then say if we fill it or come close to filling it the new stadium could be even larger than the quoted 60k.
