The squad is massively unbalanced both positionally and in terms of age profile. Fact is there are too many the wrong side of 30 who are more likely to struggle with injuries and fatigue. That certainly was very evident last season. I think some people need to have a look at the Championship league tables for a good few seasons back and take a reality check.
