The point about Cook is that whatever was going wrong with Wigan at the start of last season he realised what it was and rectified it.
I can't see Karanka turning this around for a whole multitude of reasons. So I'd rather have Cook come in even though I was over the moon when Karanka initially came in.
It's not going to work.
