controlling the keeper on free kicks

this is an obvious question but i cant work it out

when the AI has a free kick how to i quickly change to control the keeper to move him on his line

I press RS but it moves between players and by the time they take the free kick i haven't got it to the keeper

i see people doing it all the time i just cant make it happen
